Our wheel modifications and customisations in Brisbane include:
For Cast Alloy wheels, we cut the bead lip off the back end of your wheel; cut a wider section off the back of a donor wheel; and weld the donor section onto the back of your wheel. Wheel narrowing involves cutting the back section off your wheel, cutting the required reduction out of the back section, and then fitting and welding the back section back onto your wheel.
For Billet & steel wheels, we can carry out wheel widening and narrowing by cutting the centre out of your wheel, buying a new outer barrel of the required size, and then welding your centre into the new barrel. To obtain required offset, we can also reverse the centre and relocate your valve hole.

With our wheel modifications and customisations in Brisbane, we can undertake professional stud pattern changes on alloy wheels. We can either drill blank wheels, or redrill and insert to change the stud pattern. Please enquire about the particular change you require – some changes can be made, some can’t!
To fit a bigger hub, we can machine the centre bore of your wheels. If your centre bore is too large for your hub, we can fabricate custom hub rings to centre your wheel on your hub.
To get your wheels under your guards, we can machine the back pad. Note – this will give you a more positive offset! This can only be done if the back pad has enough ‘meat’ to machine off!
